Syllabus:

The purpose of this class is focused on practical application for the Leader/Minister in the church and beyond. 

Although you may obtain a staff license, the primary purpose is that through this process, true growth is sought and gained.

"Character of a Leader:  Understanding God, Self & Others" is a prerequisite to this course.
